How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6022363 / WPW10500172 Panel-Cntl (Blk)

We ordered a new control panel from appliance parts pros.com on a sunday and the part was del. on tuesday without paying extra for shipping. my wife was so happy it only took 15 mins. to install new control panel and it worked great very happy with with part and appliance parts pro. we wil definitely buy from them again. we are very happy. 

It was simple. Unscrewed 8 screws, slipped the old part out put the new part in and it worked. I am a homeowner and not a repair person. toke me less than 15 minutes. It was a kitchenaid KUDS30IXBL0 dishwasher. The problem was the sani rinse light was out so I could not tell if it was working or not. 

Unscrewed the old, slid in the new. I was grateful for the youtube video that applianceparts provided. 

New control board. 

Multiple times over a year, take out 4 screws, disconnect panel and reconnect and problem would go away for a time. This part fixed it for good. 

Ordered appropriate parts for my Frigidaire Dishwasher model. Could not have been easier to swap out face and control board, everything fit perfectly. Now the whole kitchen is stainless! 

I replaced the Control Panel on the top front of the dishwasher. Problem resolved. Lower front panel must be removed first. If not done, control panel plastic retainers at the ends will be damaged. Torx T-10 screwdriver required to remove and insert screws 

Quickly took apart and checked connections. Called Kitchenaid for quick diagnosis. Then checked in with Appliancepartspros to insure that I had the correct part number. The representative was super helpful and assured me that I could return the part easily. This was a relatively easy fix that most likely saved me quite a bit of $$$$. My wife and I were able to easily fix this!! Overall great experience and would highly recommend this website.
