• Helps the oven reach and maintain the set temperature

Install notes:

• Disconnect power at the breaker and allow the oven to cool before service
• Remove mounting screws and carefully pull the element forward to access the wires
• Transfer the two wires to the new element, keeping them from slipping back into the oven cavity
• Reinstall mounting screws, restore power, and test Bake operation

Troubleshooting tip:

• A healthy bake element typically shows continuity on a multimeter; an open reading indicates it has failed.
