Whirlpool WP9760767 Oven Broil Element OEM Part

I order the part from Appliance Parts Pros and that was a Tuesday night and the part arrived Saturday morning and that was with normal shipping. I watched the video on the Appliance Parts Pros and was confident I could do the job. When the part arrived I unpacked it and within about 20 minutes I was all done. Between the quick delivery and the example of the video all was smooth and easy.

My Whirlpool double oven is 12 years old. It runs great, but I've had certain issues that have required repair. One such issue was a blown fuse due to self-cleaning function. Soooo, in order to avoid that again, I did my own cleaning and broke the broil element. I ordered this part and watched the "how-to" video. Purchased my own screwdriver set with the correct bits for the oven screws. The replacement went rather smoothly, but getting the old element out proved a struggle as the connectors were really tight. Once the old element was out, easy peasy!

I googled the model number of our combo oven-microwave, and AppliancePartsPros popped right up. One of the first things I saw was the instructional videos for each part -- and that definitely sold me on ordering from them. I ordered all three parts and they shipped immediately and arrived before their estimated date. The window glass went great -- the video was dead on, and I had it fixed in short order. The broiler element was easy, too, and the tip for ensuring the wires don't slip back behind the oven wall was great. I can't believe how hard the manufacturer makes it change a stupid lightbulb. The video was instrumental in explaining how to get to it. Unfortunately, as I was trying to get it in place, a pin broke off the lightbulb, and now I'm waiting for a replacement to arrive. My fault.
