Cheryl F Winter Garden , FL August 13, 2016 Hinge that held pantry flip up door broke off First, please note that the youtube videos for end cap replacement are for an older model with screw attachments. THIS NEW MODEL USES TOOL-FREE replacement. Make room by taking out the pantry drawer, glass shelf and shelf holders. Do not try to get the metal drawer rail off the end cap before you remove the end cap. Take a good look at the center of the end cap. There is a tab you can press right in the center that releases the end cap. Then take the broken end cap with the rail still attached and transfer the rail to the new end cap. Again, the back part of the rail has a tab that releases the whole rail assembly, which then slides forward and out. I'm an old lady with MS, and if I can do it, so can you. Thank you Appliance Parts Pro. Your parts replacement guide was perfect, your shipping was fast!
