Patricia N Tucson , AZ July 10, 2016 Appliance: KitchenAid Refrigerator KFCS22EVMS4 An unopened bottle of wine rolled off a shelf and landed on the deli center cover left a 10" crack in the plastic window unsightly! Found the part in the diagrams on Appliance Parts Pros website. Ordered the correct part. (Website is great.) The new part arrived in 2 days as promised. The replacement part was packed for secure shipping and was in perfect condition. I removed the Deli Center drawer. Then removed the old, cracked cover. Installed the new cover. Replaced the drawer. Kimberly B Leander , TX November 12, 2018 Broken end caps and deli drawer Replaced both end caps and cover within about 30 minutes. Had to figure out you just popped the end caps off by pressing little lever (button) on side. And had to remove and install the metal sliders on the new pieces. And careful not to break the back plastic temp control arm that goes inside on the right piece. Overall I was able to do it and had the exact parts thanks to appliance parts pros. Read More... Rives D Colorado Springs , CO December 30, 2019 Broken minor part (cover for drawer) Ordered the part. There is one peg on each side of the cover. With my finger (though I could have used a slotted screwdriver) I pushed the plastic on one side of the cover inward until it came free of the peg. The other side came out and I reversed the process for installation: one side onto the peg, push in on the other side until it slipped over the peg. Read More...
