All three of the dampers had become dislodged. I watched the APP video on the procedure and determined it would be something I could do. However, I did have to watch a competitors video to hear clearly (the APP tech had a heavy accent) the measurements for placement of the pads. I also will slay the other video had a helpful tip that the APP video did not. I purchased the hi-temp glue (Maycor) from APP and did have some problem getting on my finger then on the pad, goof-off on a paper towel removed most of it. I reassembled and the washer and it now acts as a standby for items need a high volume of water that our new near waterless and worthless washer will not operate with. I eventually had to buy a new washer. So now I have a washer motor I have no use for. It installed perfectly your video was very helpful. Unfortunately I must have messed up the bearings, when I laid the washer on it's back. It agitated fine but stops when spin cycle starts. I would like to return the motor I bought but I'm not sure you'll take it.
