This website had the part in stock and shipped it fast. The fix is easy to do. Getting the right part and finding one in stock is a little harder. Appliance Parts Pros has a web chat that was very helpful in making sure I got the right part. Tip: Be gentle when opening the drawer with a load in it. If it slams the stop at the end it breaks. I got online to order -an APP rep was very helpful in being sure I had the right part. 1 part came in the mail and it was easily put on. The 2nd part was back-ordered. I realized we didn't need the 2nd part as it was attached ok to the crisper pan. I called to cancel but they said it was already on its way.
