I got online to order -an APP rep was very helpful in being sure I had the right part. 1 part came in the mail and it was easily put on. The 2nd part was back-ordered. I realized we didn't need the 2nd part as it was attached ok to the crisper pan. I called to cancel but they said it was already on its way. I'm to call when it arrives to make arrangements to have it returned and refunded.
