The part just snapped into place no tools required. My only complaint was the model I provided said the white grille would not match my fridge but went on without any issues. Your video was very good and it helped me get the job done, I realized that there are 2 mating pairs and the upper stay if I may use that term was badly worn also! I just received the upper part and I will install it in the next few days. Thank you for your help and as I mentioned, the video is outstanding.
