Judith S Alexandria , VA December 08, 2014 The water filter head was defective and it was making a loud rattling noise when water was dispensed We order the part but had to hire someone to put it in because we could not figure it out. Even though we had to hire a technician it was great to have the part when he came and to know what the problem was. If it happens again, we will be able to do it ourselves.
