Terry S Morgan Hill , CA April 23, 2014 Appliance: Maytag Top Loading Washer A606S Leaking water from bottom of washer found hose cracked just below the tub I replaced the hose between the tub and the pump. The clamp screws were quite rusted but I used a socket wrench on them since they have hex heads in addition to the screwdriver slot. If I had tried to use a screwdriver, I think it would have been difficult. I did not reuse the original clamps but replaced them with hardware store hose clamps.
