Whirlpool WP8269311 Door, Inner OEM Part

I unscrewed the fastening screws and was surprised to see that the front part of the door (external metal part) sort of slumped downward - I thought the front metal part of the door would be secured to the hinges but it is not. The inner white liner is actually the part that is secured to the hinges. Anyway, it all worked out fine, I just had to make sure that I noted what was connected to what and in what order things needed to be reassembled. Took longer than I anticipated and was more difficult than I anticipated but in the end the repair was successful. Machine works fine now.
