Inverter, capacitor and diode. All looked good. Measured connectivity of magnetron. Got zero vs half ohm. Ordered magnetron and for insurance ordered the inverter also. Installed parts and it now working. Only difficulty was taking out and putting back the screws some of which were very inaccessible. The old magetron tested out fine on the multimeter but I replaced it anyways. Most difficult part is removing all the many screws that hold the assembly together. Not that you'll also need Torx screw heads. You will need T10 as well as T15 Torx heads.
