Steve C Ft. Lauderdale , FL July 16, 2020 Appliance: Model GX5SHDXVQ02 WHIRPOOL REFRIGERATOR Freezer on bottom drawer did not seal properly I followed the instructions on your website. Parts were in my opinion overly expensive. For the slides to be $125, it is difficult to fix my freezer in that it is old. I replaced only one side but certainly would have replaced both if they are less costly. The plastic retractor was broken on one side only. New slide is very strong and it did the job.
