Thomas M Sequim , WA October 03, 2014 Worn over gasket and knobs We recently purchased a house with Jenn-Air appliances. The previous owner had used something to clean the knobs on the stove that removed the imprint. Ordering these was easy, they fit with no problem and are manufacture initial product quality. Very Pleased. The only suggestion I would have is to provide instructions on how to install the oven door gasket. I have not attempted that yet but will soon. Steven F Kenner , LA January 08, 2018 Jenn air downdraft slide in range completely dead other than surface burner units I changed the control board initially; and the clock started working, along with a least a beep from some of the other control buttons, but no luck on the oven. Changed the front control panel and regained full functionality. Both parts with shipping less than $550; rejuvenated an appliance that would have cost $3500 to replace. Both repairs took less than 30 minutes each. Also changed oven gasket and a few of the knobs. Very easy. I am at best an average handyman. The new part was not exact and I had to “guess” at the new wiring. Good news, all works well. Read More...
