Keith R Scottsdale , AZ October 13, 2014 The slide switch lever on the toaster broke and only one side iof the toaster was useable this was only a year old so it made more snese to buy the part than a new unit The fix was fairly easy since the old slide lever broke off, no need to remove the old lever.. Just has to use some gentle force to get the new on. The metal is all aluminum and will bend if you use too much force.
