Nick C Safety Harbor , FL November 12, 2015 Appliance: Model 665.15112K214 Kenmore ultra wash dishwasher worked great for 18 months; then would not run start button blinked 3 times and nothing happened Looked online, appeared to be door switch or control panel. Tried door switch first, a $30 part. Installed new door switch and washer started right up and appears to be fixed. Have not tried full wash cycle yet, but problem appears to be fixed. I decided to buy part from AppliancePartsPros.com because I could return the part if it did not correct the problem, no one else offered such a deal. George J Killeen , TX April 19, 2015 Appliance: Maytag Undercounter Dishwasher MDB4630AWS3 Dishwasher would stop mid cycle I read that replacing the latch may prevent my Maytag Dishwasher from stopping mid-cycle. I decided to also replace the latch-switch since I had it open. For my model, I only needed to remove the top 6 torx screws not the whole internal panel. Replaced the switch and latch in about 20 minutes (since I had never done this, I took it slow and easy). Everything has been working great since then. Note: for my dishwasher, I didn't need to purchase the handle that goes on the latch, it was included in my latch purchase. This was easier than I thought.
