Second mistake ordering part from Amazon , the part they sent would not let arm spin and clear the upper tray bottom :( sent it back. Reached out to appliance parts plus , and received the correct replacement part! Plus a few part pieces that I would like to return for credit back to my card or account? A Phillips head screwdriver! WS all o needed ! The story gets better!! Because I did not watch a video ! I did not know to simply remove the clips at the end of tray glides !! So I unclothed the wheels from upper basket tray!! WRONG. ! Clipping the wheels back on basket proved impossible for me! So I stayed up till 3 am hunting diagrams and videos for help! Finally realized to remove the end clips, remove wheels and clip them in the proper place on rack AND SIMPLY slide the upper tray back in place!! SUCCESS. !! L O L !!! Read More...
