Wendy E Lincoln , NE October 01, 2014 We purchaed home and the older wall oven only had one oven rack I had searched all over the internet for the correct oven rack with no success. Then I found Appliance Parts Pros. Searching on their website for the oven model number produced 0 results. But, I called them and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful. To explain, the oven model number on the stove was somewhat worn and hard to read and I misread a S for a 5 and a 0 for a Q. No wonder I wasn't getting any results from my search. But, she was so helpful and her being familiar with the model numbers she was able to come up with the right number.
