Replacing it was a simple matter of removing the inside of the dishwasher door, disconnecting the ribbon cable to remove the electrical, and popping in the new one. Only hiccup was that we forgot to switch out the handle from the old control panel and had to go rescue it from the trash when we tried to open the door and realized there was no handle! But it was a five-minute fix to remove inside of door again and screw in the handle. And he knew right away what the issue was.I then asked the service tech were I bought the dishwasher. he. Said it's the main control board.I bought it from your company. shipping was super fast.but it wasn't the part I should of bought.it didn't fix the problem.should of listened to appliance parts pro service Tec. He was right.Sent part back got a fast refund with no problems. order the part service Tec said I needed the first time .problem solved! Thanks so much for the help a and super fast shipping. Panel took all of 15 minutes to replace. Dishwasher fired right up. Wife is Happy, Happy, Happy. I'm not very happy with Maytag. Two of our Maytag appliances have failed months after the warranty expired. We ordered what the repair man told us was wrong but after installation the dishwasher still wouldn't start. Through the chat, we explained our problem and the representative suggested a part.
