Michael A Dickinson , TX September 13, 2015 Lightning struck my house and many appliances were damaged My dryer only has a single circuit board, so it was probably the problem. I used a meter to verify that the AC power was going to that board, but there was no output from that board. I checked with Maytag Repair, and they told me it would cost $550 to replace that circuit board. I went to appliance parts pros and ordered the board for $230. Four days later I received the circuit board. And it took me about 10 minutes to install it. Saving $300 for 10 minutes of my time was worth it! Read More...
