Christopher M Brick , NJ October 08, 2014 Would not start bad timer switch Replaced timer and push button on switch. At the same time I installed a new belt and rear drum seal inside dryer as these were worn. The repair went pretty well. Had a little trouble with the adhesive for the drum seal, it's very messy. Overall it's great. Works perfect and I saved a lot of money by being able to fix it. Every penny counts. Thanks! Neil W Ruckersville , VA November 17, 2017 Dryer won't start. After watching the AppliancePartsPros videos ordered the three most likely culprits for the dryer not starting. I decided to install each of them in reverse order of complexity. Watching the video prior to and during the repair helped a great deal. After replacing the start switch the dryer still did not start. After replacing the door switch assembly the dryer started right up. I fully anticipate I will need the thermal fuse in the future, so it is not money wasted. In total the two repairs took under an hour -- Thanks for the help!
