Mr M Reading , PA June 18, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Undercounter Dishwasher MDB8959AWS6 Both adjusters were broken causing the basket to tilt downward as the it was extended in order to be loaded the more it was loaded the further it would tilt downward I removed the basket, studied the old adjusters before removing them, and installed the new ones using some of the old parts(adjustment levers and the covers). adjusters work like a charm.. the only tool required was a screwdriver with removable torque bit. Saved having to buy a new didwasher and spending $500 or more. Took 30 minutes to fix with only a small allen wrench and a plier. John P Jenison , MI December 31, 2018 Appliance: Maytag Undercounter Dishwasher MDB8949SBB2 "Helpful" dog yanked out top dish rack We have a 75 lb. boxer/lab mix that decided to help empty the dishwasher. We found him on the couch with the top dish rack hooked on his collar. Both adjusters were destroyed. I ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros using standard delivery. I was surprised to find the parts were delivered 2 days after I ordered! It was a quick job to replace the adjusters and the dishwasher is back in service awaiting more "help" from our dog. I've ordered various parts from AppliancePArtsPros several times over the year. Their delivery always meets or often exceeds their estimated dates and their prices are reasonable.
