Mr M Reading , PA June 18, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Undercounter Dishwasher MDB8959AWS6 Both adjusters were broken causing the basket to tilt downward as the it was extended in order to be loaded the more it was loaded the further it would tilt downward I removed the basket, studied the old adjusters before removing them, and installed the new ones using some of the old parts(adjustment levers and the covers). adjusters work like a charm.. the only tool required was a screwdriver with removable torque bit. Two days later it showed up. So fast that I was still motivated to install it and fix the problem.
