Mr M Reading , PA June 18, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Undercounter Dishwasher MDB8959AWS6 Both adjusters were broken causing the basket to tilt downward as the it was extended in order to be loaded the more it was loaded the further it would tilt downward I removed the basket, studied the old adjusters before removing them, and installed the new ones using some of the old parts(adjustment levers and the covers). adjusters work like a charm.. the only tool required was a screwdriver with removable torque bit. It took about 10 minutes and I did it myself as my husband was at work. I was so satisfied with the repair that I immediately ordered the left side adjuster just so they'd both be new.
