How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3109339 / 4388538 Refrigerator Shelf Stud Kit

I watched video so I could remove the broken stud once out I ordered the new one next day I had new part put in according to video the video helps a novice repairman like me if I ever have a appliance problem again Appliance Parts Pro. I ordered replacement parts from you, but I never would have been able to remove the broken parts nor install the new without the repair video provided on the site. Very simple - I didn't have a clue! 

Just like the video said for the shelf support, use 3/4" wrench , turn 90 deg, remove and replace same way. Door handle remove screws top and bottom, slide the black trim up and down, remove other screws . Transfer chrome trim to new handle. Install new handle. Be careful pushing the black trim back in place. If you slip you could get a nasty cut. Great service. Quick delivery. Thanks 

While ordering the part, I watched the provided repair video. Once the part arrived, I performed the replacement as directed in the video and it was very simple and direct.

Replaced old shelf with new one. 

Easy and fast. 

Removed broken stud with plyers and used Gorilla super glue gel on new stud and pushed it in hole. Held it for 20 seconds. Made sure it was completely cured before replacing shelf 

Easy fix - online video was key. just needed to use a 3/4" open-end wrench and turn 45-90 degrees clockwise and it popped out from the wall. Installation was the same - insert into the opening on the wall and turn clockwise 45-90 degrees and done! 5-minute job.
