Description

This replacement seal keeps liquids and food particles out of the blender motor housing to protect internal components and help prevent leaks. Fits the motor assembly where the shaft passes through the housing. What it does

• Seals the motor shaft opening to help prevent liquid from entering the motor housing.
• Reduces risk of motor damage or shorting caused by leaks into the base.
• Helps stop leaking at the blender base or around the blade assembly when worn.
• Replace if the seal is cracked, flattened, swollen, or shows visible wear.

• Always unplug the appliance before disassembly and removal of the jar or motor housing.
• Remove the blade and jar assembly per the service diagram to access the shaft seal; inspect mating surfaces and replace damaged components.

• After reassembly, run a short water test (with the unit unplugged from any direct water source) to check for leaks before normal use.
