We ordered a new middle spray arm and spray arm seal, easy to replace and the arm is now moving(without hitting) and cleaning the upper rack just like new ! Raymond J Pasdena , CA September 01, 2015 Appliance: Model KITCHEN AID (WHIRLPOOL) Kitchen aid dishawasher not cleaning as well as it used to Changed the Spray arm seal, Changed the Sprayarm bearing and the 3rd level wash spray. It is as good as new now (for about $20.00). Watched the videos and became an "expert". really easy. I also removed the lower screws and removed all debris (food residue) from the inlet of the pump. this improved the water flow. (no parts needed, just a star screw driver) very easy.
