Troy H Pittsburgh , PA September 09, 2017 Very loud and unbalanced basin. Dis-assembled the frame starting with the front panel below the door, two screws. From there you remove the front door panel and finally the top of the box, 2 screws. Work the belt off of the basin and found two rollers were out of balance. Ordered the parts online at 4:55pm(5:00pm cutoff) and selected next day shipping. Email confirmation came a few moments later and parts were here the following day by 5:00pm. Installed the rollers and attached the belt back of the basin. Total repair time approximately 90 minutes. All screws are 5/16.
