I used a screw driver two wrenches and and gas thread sealant. The repair only took about twenty minutes. My wife is baking again and that makes everyone very happy! Thanks to appliance parts pros! Found that the gas line did not have a dirt trap put in it. So I put one in. I think the regulator valve was not closing off. To be safe, I replaced the gas safety valve and regulator.
