Description

This ice dispenser solenoid assembly engages the dispenser mechanism to switch between crushed and cubed ice. A worn or failed solenoid can prevent the selector from changing modes or stop ice from dispensing smoothly.

• Actuates the ice bucket/crusher selector to allow cubed or crushed ice
• Failure may cause only one ice option to work, no change between modes, or intermittent dispensing
• Can resolve loud clicking/buzzing from the dispenser area when switching options
