Didn't take the day off work to meet a repairman ($$), diagnosed my own problem, ($$), ordered the parts and didn't pay markup ($$), made my own repair ($$). On your site are videos for each part should one have a problem understanding how to put a piece back correctly. This is extremely helpful....especially when a part was redesigned after all these years....the video showed us that the new part received WAS the correct part which the design had been changed.
