There was no part number or picture for the UPPER RACK wheels .Wasted a lot of time trying to find .The Agent had a little trouble too, but got back to me with it. Replaced wheels and all ok. Also, there were a couple of videos that were extremely helpful from appliancepartspro.com that showed exactly how to remove the old parts and replace with the new ones.
