Amazingly the parts were in my mailbox the next day! Following their online directions I replaced the parts in about ten minutes. Kent T Rockville , MD January 13, 2019 Dishrack disconnected from one of the roller wheels Easily repaired using new wheel mounting strip. The repair video was very helpful to see how the parts fit together. Removed the end caps from the metal roller guides, removed the diskrack, replaced the broken wheel mounting strip, (and replaced the dishrack roller in case it was worn), then put it back together.
