Their loss- no wonder they're going out of business. Also, should note that the original assembly was plastic but the replacement was metal. Sure sign of a crappy cost-cutting decision. Using the website and nothing more than the model # of the dishwasher was able to easily identify parts required for the repair. Upon receipt there were no installation instructions for the new adjuster but a quick return to the website and an online chat, the instructions were emailed to me and 30 mins later the repair was complete.
