Matthew V Knoxville , TN November 22, 2015 Appliance: Amana Refrigerator TN21V2W Ice maker leaking water into ice container through ice maker After some research on the internet,I found out that the most likely cause was a failed water inlet valve. The refrigerator is quite old so I wasn't going to spend an arm and leg on it to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised to find the part, at a reasonable price, that I needed on this website with a helpful how-to video to boot. The part I needed wasn't in stock. I was followed up with an e-mail stating an estimated time when the part would be released. A week or so later I received the part. It was a genuine Whirlpool part and it included instructions. My ice maker is now making ice correctly and I couldn't be happier. I will use AppliancePartsPros for all my appliance part needs going forward!
