Timothy M West Chester , PA August 09, 2015 Upper dish rack kept coming off tracks I replaced the rollers on the sides of the tub. The new ones are pointed and hold the tracks better. Easy job, although the dishwasher needs to be slid out of its bay to access the bolts on the sides which hold the rack rollers. Got information from them about replacing the part I was ordering. They told me I would have to pull the dishwasher out in order to remove the screws that were holding the wheel-tub to the inside of the dishwasher wall.
