This dual water inlet valve kit controls the hot and cold water entering select top-load washers. Replacing a weak or leaking valve restores proper fill performance and helps prevent slow fills, wrong temperatures, and unwanted drips.
- Regulates hot and cold water flow into the tub during fill cycles
- Integrated inlet screens help trap debris from the water supply
- Failure can cause no fill, slow fill, incorrect temperature, continuous filling, or water seeping into the tub when off
What's included: One dual water inlet valve assembly (120V).
- Disconnect power and turn off both water supplies before servicing
- Place towels and a container to catch residual water; relieve pressure at the hoses
- Note and transfer hose and wire connections one-for-one to the new valve
- Restore water and power, run a test fill, and check for leaks

Since they are in the same spot it was suggested (and I agree) that it is best to replace both at the same time. The hardest and most frustrating part was getting the bracket back on with the two bottom tabs being in place. It took...
