Richard D. for Model Number SGCS304RS The right rear burner (12,500 BTU) igniter does not work properly. It will not ignite the burner unless you turn the knob down to an almost low position. Once the burner will not work if the knob is turned up from the position where the igniter was turned on. The XLO zone works fine. What do I need to fix this problem?
