Jerry for Model Number SHP865ZD5N Noticed last night when we started the dishwasher that it was noisy for the 1st time ever. Upon checking we feel the door is not pulling tight when closed. It closes and latches, but the door can move roughly half an inch and is not tight to the unit. It also does not make the same customary noise when closing it. Seems like it is the latch, any other ideas?
Answer Jerry, the door seal 12054183 may need to be inspected to identify if there is any debris building up or tears, as well as checking to make sure there are no items pushing on the door from the inside of the tub.
