Sean K for Model Number ge ELECTRIC RANGE LOWER BAKE ELEMENT (NOT SURE) I ordered a unit from you. It didn't match up to mine. My unit has screw holders on the side (not the top) of the metal plate. Also, my plate was much closer to the end of the prongs. Your unit had prongs that were far to long... Hit the back of my stove when i tried to stick them in. Any suggestions as to a bake element for a ge electric oven lower bake element that has a metal plate with screw hole holders on the side and shorter prongs? Also, how do I return the element I purchased from you?
