Hello Dave, thank you for contacting APP, When clearing the lines of the unit after replacing the filter it is recommended by the manufacturer to dispense at least 1.5 gallons of water to clear the lines in the unit of any air bubbles, if there are air bubbles in the lines this can sometimes cause the Water Reservoir WR17X11324 behind the crisper drawers in the Refrigerator Section to freeze and would need to be thawed out and then purged to remove any remaining air bubbles. If the reservoir is not frozen then the Filter Head WR02X45209 or the Water Valve WR57X33326 may have failed.
