Rebecca A. for Model Number HDA2000G00WW Here is my problem; I have two Interlock Switches part WD21X10261. One looks like it is burned out, but I can latch the inter door and hold down Switch leaf WD1X1363 and it will run through the cycle. But when I get the outer door about 3/4 of the way up it just stops even though I still holding down the Switch leaf. Do you have any idea what could cause this
Answer Rebecca, You'll need to check and repair the wiring harness at the bottom of the door. On older units after years of openings and closings of the door the wires have a tendency to separate inside the insulation, when the door reaches a certian position the wires separate and the unit stops, when the door reaches the previous position the wires touch and the unit operates.
