Rebecca C Jackson , MS September 09, 2014 The old timer would not allow the dishwasher to start when turned to the start position i had to rotate the dial until the washer made the connection and started the wash cycle I was told by the person who took my order that I could find an instruction video on you tube . So I went there and follow those instructions. The repair went well although I did have a slight problem with the door latch and the soap dispenser lever. They both fell out as I was trying to install the timer, but I went back to the video and although it didn't show how to replace these two parts I was able to see how they were placed and was able to figure it out from there.
