Chongguang, With power removed from the dryer, and the timer dial set in any dry cycle, the timer, you should have a "closed" circuit between "B" (red) and "C" (brown) wire terminals, with the wires disconnected. Did you also check the idler switch WD21X10261 and wires when you replaced the motor? if the switch is faulty or the wires are damaged or broken, the dryer will not start or run as well.
