Dustin for Model Number DBXR300EG5WS Our dryer starts but it does not complete a whole cycle. The time that it actually runs seems random. For example, if we set it on timed drying for 30 minutes then it might run for 10 minutes then stop (the knob will then be on 20 minutes). The dryer doesn't feel like it is overheating. If we attempt to start the dryer right after it stops it will not turn on but if we wait a few minutes it starts again. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? Thanks.
Answer Dustin, You most likely have a motor WE17X22217, that's overheating and shutting down on the overload switch. You're dryer doesn't have any thermal fuses or safety switches for the motor circuit, so that pretty much eliminates the other possibilities. Read More...
