Travis G for Model Number GTDP301EL1WS When I press the start button it comes on but as soon as I release button it will go off. I taped the button down and it ran and shut off like it suppose to so that tells me the timer is turning, but wanna make sure i get the right part. Can you help me?
Answer Travis, With the motor stopping when you release the start switch, this would be caused by a bad centrifugal switch on the motor and you would need to replace the motor for this issue.
