Lee20 for Model Number GSD2800G01 Looking at your exploded parts diagram, my rack consists of one Item 615, one Item 773, one item 772, and one unillustrated "Item 772R" (a mirror image of 772), plus axles and rollers. Item 615 is the main rack with nothing else attached, as illustrated, and Item 773 is a flat shelf as illustrated. Item 773 fits between, and pivots on, Items 772 and "772R". However, in your parts list, you name BOTH Items 615 and 773 "Upper dishrack", GE Part Number AP4363205, $52.25. (Item 772, a small molded plastic snap-in bracket, is named "Support shelf", which would be accurate if you put back the missing comma and made the name read Support, shelf"). You have **NO** part that matches the illustrated Item 773. Item 773 is my problem part, as it has rusted out and broken. It is indeed a Shelf, held by two "Support, shelf" parts which are OK. It performed the very useful function of holding cups. Can you please clarify: (1) Does the Upper dishrack AP4363205 that you would ship me actually include the shelf illustrated as Item 773, already assembled onto the upper dishrack with supports Item 772 and "772R"? OR (2) Does the Upper dishrack AP4363205 that you would ship me look identical to Item 615 as pictured, without any shelf or supports? If #2 is true, is the cup shelf or an equivalent available under some other part number? I don't really need an entire new upper rack with or without rollers, but I'll buy that if I can get the cup shelf with it or separately. No color choice is mentioned, but our racks are light blue.
Answer Hello! After further research we have verified that the manufacturer no longer offers the cup shelf and it does not come with the upper rack part number WD28X31820. Sorry about that!! Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, April 4, 2012
