It sometimes worked if you hit it differently or harder- then finally it stopped working. Does this support your opinion that the control panel needs to be replaced? Also, is there a resource that can tell me how to access the panel? Thanks again!
Answer Hello Sal. Yes, based on the information you have provided, it sounds like the control panel W10775980 is the problem with the unit.
