Chris for Model Number RS261MDWP/XAA My ice maker won't fill up or empty. I ordered and replaced the previous ice maker assembly that was having the same issue. Since the tray won't fill up, I filled up the tray manually. The ice formed, but it won't dump. The reset button does nothing. Can anyone help me? Thanks
