Ernesto for Model Number rs2578sh The ice make just stop making ice. I check the tray is in angle position. I call tech support say press 8 seconds the button underneath. After two hour it was kind a twissted and I help to rotate something holding now it upside down position and not working at all. Is there something wrong on tray or the ice maker?
Answer Hi Ernesto. It is very common that the ice maker tray will have a build up of calcium and the cubes will stick and not come out. As cheap as the trays are it is a good idea to have one extra on hand always so you have another one immediately. If the ice maker is rotating and calling for ice, then the tray just needs changed.
