Dave A for Model Number RS2577SL Hello--I'm only gettig 25vac at the solenoid for the ice fill as opposed to the 120vac for the working water solenoid.The ice machine switches have continuity when activated. How will replacing the ice maker with another one with switches that also work activate the test fill better than the one I have now?
Answer Hello Dave. The manufacture recommends replacing the icemaker assembly DA97-00258C when this issue occurs. However, if you are certain the icemaker is good, and the voltage is the problem, you will need to replace the Main Control Board DA41-00104M. Hope this helps. Read More...
